We can use our Android Device as a Microphone for your Computer

About WO Mic

Whether you are chatting with friends on Skype or recording video, you need a good microphone. However, not every computer has a built-in microphone. If you happen to need a microphone on your computer, but for some reason, you do not have a microphone, your Android device can come in handy. You can use it as a wireless microphone through Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, or connect it to a computer through a USB cable.

To turn your Android device into a microphone, you need to install a small app called WO Microphone on your Android phone. This application supports all three connection options, USB, WiFi, and Bluetooth.

Need to install apps

Download Wo Mic app on your Android device.
Download Wo Mic device driver as well the client program on your computer. (When installing the driver, make sure your PC is connected to the internet; otherwise, it may fail to install.)

Debugging setting

Go to Settings -> Transport and choose ‘USB’.

You can Enable USB debugging on your device here.

Then select, Debugging – – > USB debugging,

Allow USB debug, tap “OK” to allow debug.

Configure on mobile

You can connect 3 way(Bluetooth, USB, Wifi). If you want to connect via USB,

First, connect your phone to PC via USB cable, then go to the main menu and tap ‘Setting’ to set the USB

Select transport options,

Select Connection -> Connect then choose ‘USB’ and click OK.

Configure on computer

Launch WO Mic Client program on your computer, press “connection” tab to connect your mobile.

Wait a few seconds and the client should be connected.

we can now use our android device to make a recording or chatting on our PC.
